These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MAC·LA website located at mac-la.org (“Site”), operated by Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the MAC·LA website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

You agree NOT to: violate applicable laws, reproduce or distribute Site content without permission, use automated tools to scrape the Site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit spam or malicious code, or impersonate MAC·LA staff.

The MAC·LA name and logo are trademarks of Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use these marks without our prior written permission.

If you submit any content to us — including emails, photos, testimonials, social media tags, or application materials — you grant MAC·LA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content.
