These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MAC·LA website located at mac-la.org (“Site”), operated by Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MAC·LA website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

You agree NOT to: violate applicable laws, reproduce or distribute Site content without permission, use automated tools to scrape the Site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit spam or malicious code, or impersonate MAC·LA staff.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the MAC·LA Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio and video clips, artist imagery, design elements — is the property of MAC·LA or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The MAC·LA name and logo are trademarks of Levitt Pavilion Los Angeles. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use these marks without our prior written permission.

4. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to us — including emails, photos, testimonials, social media tags, or application materials — you grant MAC·LA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Concert schedules, artist lineups, dates, and times are subject to change without notice. MAC·LA is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information found on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAC·LA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAC·LA and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to These Terms

MAC·LA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
