About the Artist

A time to gather and celebrate life and embrace the memories of our loved ones that have passed. Join MAC·LA for this special community event that is free and open to all. Music, dance, food and communty resource booths will be present.

Gather for the procession at the Alvarado side of the park (between Wilshre & 6th Street across from the Westlake Theatre) starting at 3:30pm.

Procession will arrive at the bandshell for opening ceremony led by local indigenous leaders, and the artistic / cultural program from 4-8pm.

Bring momentors and/or photos of loved ones for the Community Altar. We recommend photocopies as to avoid damage to originals.
